Shipping Info: We use USPS Media Mail within the USA unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in NJ. Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.

International orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in Poland. Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.

Signed copies and special requests are not guaranteed. If you would like a signed copy of an album please contact the band directly and see if they have copies available.

We have consistently asked for updates from the plant handling all of these titles. They have not given us reliable information. So we have ceased selling pre-order copies, and will only resume sales of these titles when the copies arrive.
Return Policy: Damaged cases and covers do not constitute a damaged product. Only damage that deem a purchase unplayable will be considered for replacement. Please direct your concerns to the postal service, since they assume the responsibility once the order is shipped. Thank you!
