But Thou have put a smile on my face with this. Life's a bitch then you die. Best thing to do is make sure you've got a good soundtrack- and this is an amazing one

Mike Patton is a vocal genius, Tomahawk are the great American hope for all bands to aspire to and this album just speaks to so many generations, clever well written music and sounds amazing.

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!!
